Honeymoon News

For those of you who don't know, FH is a teacher and so we've decided to postpone our honeymoon until next summer. We decided some time ago that we wanted to take a world cruise! Well, we just found out that there is effectively no cruise line offering world cruises in the summer That blows.

So it looks like we're going to take some sort of European Cruise but I wish they had longer ones I mean I'm waiting a year for this darn trip and by the following summer I'll probably be fat and preggo. Too bad they all go to Greece I'm tired of Greece but I'm excited nonetheless to go back to Italy and finally make it to France and Croatia and such!

Maybe we'll even do two small cruises while we're flown all the way over there and tie them together and make our own world cruise, who knows.

Re: Honeymoon News

My parents recently went on a cruise that left from England (Dover) and went to Russia, Finland, Sweden and Switzerland. That was in early June and they LOVED it.

did you try Cunard Cruise lines? (The owners of the Queen Mary 2.) They offer round the world cruises but I don't know if they have any during the summer months.

My cousin and her husband (they are musicians) have worked several of them and said they're absolutely incredible. It's mostly an older crowd, but the trip is just unbelievable.

I can't wait for the day when I can say I'm sick of Greece LOL. But that's great news regardless! I wouldn't be opposed to a Euro cruise myself, but FH has a thing about being 'stuck on a boat'.
