Honeymoon pics with a RAVE about our resort!

So we just got back from our honeymoon at Couples Swept Away in Negril. It is an all inclusive. We chose the resort because we wanted something relatively close (Montego Bay is a 3 1/2 hour flight), and all inclusive. We were told that the Couples Resorts are more laid back than Sandals.

We LOVED IT! The resort was beautiful, and there were 7 different restaurants at the resort. Unlike Sandals, all excursions were included, as were scuba diving, snorkeling, jet skis, etc. We walked the beach and passed Sandals and Beaches, and their beaches were littered with trash, and just were not as serene. Everyone was so friendly, and I am so glad we went with an all-inclusive. I tried so many different drinks and foods....Some nights we went to 2 or 3 different restaurants trying out the different entrees! DH was able to do the scuba diving, but I had a cold so had to skip that. The snorkeling was amazing--the water is so crystal clear...

We flew Air Jamaica, which I was not a fan of. We were delayed quite a bit coming home, and the airport is chaotic, and much of it not air conditioned. It is not really a developed country, so I suppose this is to be expected. That was the only down part to the trip....

I'm glad you loved your HM.
Couples Swept Away? Never heard of it. Better than Sandals?
Good to know when DH and I want to plan a trip out to the Carribean. What's their website?

DH and I went to Swept Away last January.

I love seeing your pictures and reliving our fun memories. Thanks for sharing.

We also had a a great time there -- its a perfect do nothing but sit on a lounge chair and drink fruity drink destination. So romantic!

Here's the website. We passed Couples Negril when dropping people off on the bus ride--it also looked beautiful--the Swept Away is apparently more geared towards working out--huge gym facility with more healthy foods. Both looked amazing! You will love it!
