I have heard of that. I think it's something you set up through a travel agency....

Re: honeymoon questions

i received an invite with this recently and this was the ONLY thing they registered for.

It was done through liberty travel. On the registry they have tons of thing such as romantic dinner and they even have amount to pick the way its done with a regular registry such as wants 4, they had breakfast, lunch, bottle of wine, tours, upgrade their room which basically is you putting in a certain amount of money, for example it would say wants 10 needs 10 and price is $50. Upgrade them to first class, even cash was an option. Oh yeah there was even a shopping spree option.

I just suggest to also add a regular registry, especially bc i think alot of older guests will get confused and some might prefer to get something else

Re: honeymoon questions

Personally I like the idea of a honeymoon registery. I think that its a nice option for couples who have been living together and have a lot of stuff. I thought about doing it...but I have a lot of time before I register!

I think you are talking about a honeymoon registry. There are a few of them:

Re: honeymoon questions

I have a friend who told me about this. She did it through liberty travel. People who want to contribute can just call and do it over the phone if they want. My friend said most of her honeymoon was paid for.

I have been toying with the idea of registering for my e-party. My fh and I have a house and we are paying for the wedding ourselves, so we really would love to just get money from the party, to help pay for the wedding. So I figured that I would only register for liberty travel (so we will get money not matter what). Well hopefully.

I will do my regualr registry for my shower. I dontwant to openup gifts at the e-party.
