Is anyone doing a honeymoon registry? What's the best company to use or way to set this up?
We are probably doing one, but we may do one with the travel agent we are talking to right now...if we book with her. Before she was recommended to us I had asked on the 09 and BHB board for some companies to use and some of the girl told me to go with honeymoonwishes.com
i also know several people that have used honeymoonwishes.com and really loved it! i havent heard of any other sites, sorry :)
We registered thru our travel agent. We already have a house, and didn't need all the usual stuff you get at a shower. My mother in law to be said she thought it was tacky...but I have gotten a lot of great responses from other people about it. And we did register thru Bed Bath and Beyond also, for the more traditional people.
I believe this is usually done through the travel agent. you are doing the registry moreso for the excursions.. not really to pay for the actual hm.
we used Traveler's joy and really enjoyed it. They do charge a fee...but we felt it was worth it because the site was so cute and well organized.
