Honeymoon Registry QUESTION

Do you acknowledge the gift with an email thank you now and send a real thank you card once you get pictures back?

I just got a gift from one of our clients and I don't have his real address yet anyway.

I don't want it to go unnoticed, but not sure how to handle it.

This person was not invited to the wedding.

I sent all my thank yous at once after the wedding

I sent a quick note of thanks in emIl or Facebook form to those that sent a gift and didn't attend, and then I sent a real thank you note after the wedding as well
