Was anyone able to get a lower price then on website or anything thrown in by booking with a travel agent?? If so what did u get and who did u use?

for my regular vacations to Sandals; the only advantages that i've found was when booked vacation to Sandals Ochio Rios through American Airlines vacations-only had to pay a small deposit; and balance was due 45 days prior instead of having to fully prepay our airfare at time of booking. Everything else was the same as far as price.

We booked through a travel agent instead of through the sandals website and it ended up being about the same price.
We used a travel agent because we wanted an opinion from someone whose been to a bunch of different all inclusive resorts.

We did get a discount through our travel agent (we went to Sandals Grande Antigua for our HM), but she was my BIL's future MIL. So she didn't take a commission and was able to get us a lot of upgrades! We were very lucky in that aspect of planning.

We used a TA and paid the same price as the website. I had a friend that used the same TA and they got upgrades because of the TA's relationship with sandals. Other than that no really benefit

Our travel agent was able to get us a small discount. I am sure once we get there - there will be many more extras - hopefully. YAY!!
