Honeymoon tip: CVS Disposable Digital Camera
I thought this might be useful for the HM- so you can record stuff like dolphin excursions, cruise departures and stuff like that.
I bought one of these for our cruise, to see how it worked. Its a little rectangular box with a screen on the back, it records 20 minutes total. There is a record, delete and playback button. You can only play back the last video you took, any previous ones stay as they are. It's really easy to use and I bought it on sale for $19.99, its usually 29.99. It costs $14 to develop into a dvd. I like that the dvd is not continuous- they split it up according to your stops and starts. So if I recorded 3 minutes, that is a separate chapter.
The quality isn't great, there are bits of static floating around sometimes, and the sound recording is downright AWFUL. You have to shout for the camera to pick it up.
For a total of 34.00, I thought it was a pretty good deal.![]()
