Anyone else going on their honeymoon a few months meaning 3 months or more after their wedding?
After the wedding we are just going to my brother's house in Miami for a couple days we don't consider that a HM just some time to ourselves . We probably won't go on our real HM till maybe 6 or more months after the wedding. We want to save up to go some where really nice

Yes I am taking my HM in June. We saved so much money doing this way!!! The week after our wedding falls on springbreak so prices were so high!!!
My wedding is in May and we are not taking our honeymoon till July or Aug. I am a teacher and can't take the time off
We are hopefully going in July. I also work in a school and can't take off. I figure it will give us something to look forward to after the wedding is over!
I'm not, but FH was in a wedding this past August. Right after the wedding they went to Cape May for a few days, and now they are doing a cruise this Feb. break. I think it's nice to do something small at least, don't go back to work right away.
We are planning on staying at a nice hotel for a few days to have some us time then the honeymoon in 2 or 3 months.
We're going on our HM at least 6-7 months after the wedding for weather reasons. We'll probably do a mini-moon in Newport the following weekend, but wait till end of June/beginning of July for Greece. I can't wait...I need a good vaca.
I've been thinking of maybe the Poconos right after for 2 or 3 days then take the big honeymoon in January or February..
we are getting married in February but Hm-ing for the 1st 2 weeks in June. We are going to Ireland and its tooo cold there now!
We are going on ours in December and we are getting married in September!
We will not be booking the HM until immediately after the wedding. So, unless we get very lucky with prices, the likeliness is that we will have to wait a few months. Should that happen, we'll probably do a mini-moon somewhere in New England.
