Can you please tell me who is paying for your honeymoon? Different books have different info on who should be paying.

FH and I are splitting it. I've heard that the groom's parents pay for the honeymoon but that's not happening in our circumstance -- probably better this way so we can go where we'd like without having to answer to anyone

We are paying for our honeymoon, but my father cashed in his airline miles to get us two first class round trip plane tickets!

were not going on one right away because we dont have the $ for it lol....well we didnt put it in our budget, just put the wedding in our budget, and any $ we make from the wedding is for a down payment on a house/condo

we paid for everything ourselves - give or take a few things that my mom helped us with.

We are paying for it but FH's parents recently offered to let us use their timeshare and transfer it to where we want so that will help us as soon as we get all the details and figure that out! We are also taking our honeymoon in the summer because I will be at a new teaching job then and our wedding is in March. Hopefully the extra time will help us save.
