Honeymoon.....oooooooh looordy where to go?????

Ok let's see, Tahiti right now is still our #1 choice but if we can find somewhere a little more reasonably priced then we'd love to save that extra money and put it toward something else

What we'd like:
We want somewhere with beautiful beaches, we're not so much the sightsee-ers we like adventurous places with beaches

We've been to practically all of the islands in the caribbean so we're staying away from there because we want somewhere we've never been to before. FH has been to Hawaii a few times (I haven't) but again we'd rather somewhere we've both never been to.

So now I'm looking at Europe or Asia??? Does anyone know any really nice islands either in Europe or Asia??? I want somewhere different! We both fell in love with Maldives but ummmm that came to about double of what Tahitit would cost so that's unfortunately out of the question

Does anyone know anything about Thailand?

Any recomendations I'd love!

actually melissa a few weeks ago FH and I decided not to go to tahiti after having picked tahiti months ago...All along i was worried about Fh and I not having alot of things to do there, were not beach people and hate laying out, so we were finally like ok lets pick a honeymoon that is perfect for us...DOn't get me wrong tahiti is absolutely gorgeous and i was looking forward to it but we needed to do what was right and now im even more excited about the honeymoon bc before i was always worried about this.

We decided to do the french and italian riviera, places like Capri, monaco/monte carlo and also thinking of santorini

I havent been to Cypress but alot of my friends are from there, AWESOME AWESOME. The greek islands are insane. I am doing a European tour, amsterdam, south of france, paris (if we have time), greece (aegean and one island in the ionian), italyyyyyyyyy FH is dying to go there and this year FH is planning for us to go to Turkey, which I heard is also very nice

I have a friend who lives in Istanbul Turkey...it is UNBELIEVABLY GORGEOUS there!

Denise I heard the night life in Greece is amazing. I would love to go to Greece or do something similar as to what you are doing. And hwen I told FH about the nightlife and the casino area in I believe Monaco?? I am probably wrong he was like LETS GO haha

But wondering is Capri or Monte Carlo at all nice beaches?? OH and how much could a Greece HM run for ???

hahaha thats funny bc all i had to say was Monaco and FH thought about how big casinos are there and he was excited...capri and monte carlo do have gorgeous beaches

hmmmm depends where in greece you go, how long you stay and type of hotels, some of the hotels can be about 300-500 a night but you can also get it for less just gotta really look around and see exactly what you want

I think Tahiti is expensive too, airfare and hotel and all that, but thats paradise too, well worth it but not a party place at all

see tahiti was gonna cost us about $6k-8k each and for that money we can definitely have a nice trip in europe with more to do
