are you booking your honeymoon yourself or through a travel agent?

We booked it ourself.

Since we did it early, I found that if we emailed the hotel directly, they cut us a deal for booking 6 months out

We booked through a travel agent. We paid the same price as online but we got some great add ons for free!

through a travel agent. we got the same deal as online (since we did a cruise they can't charge you more or less than the quoted price) and then we were adding on additional days in Rome and needed hotel and trnasportation from the port to the cruise and then to the airport it was a whole gaggle of things i didn't want to deal with.
They threw int he transfers to and from the hotel in for free - prob because we spent so much money already!

we booked ourselves but we used timeshare points so that made it really easy but i think even without the timeshare we would of done it ourselves. so many websites make it so easy now it almost seems like a waste to use a TA

we booked ourselves, but it was pretty easy since we were just going to sandels and jet blue flies directly to st lucia, so its not like we were going to a bunch of places that we needed help with planning. We also got free limo transfer and spa credit

we booked it ourselves but we are only going to one place. If we were going to multiple places than we probably would have went through a TA.

We booked through a travel agent... Especially since we are visiting several islands in Hawaii and San Diego on the way home.... So many different flights and car rentals.... Travel Agent was much easier!

Since we're going to Hong Kong and Thailand we booked through a travel agent. There were too many airport transfers and questions regarding locations to do it ourselves. If you're going to Mexico or the Caribbean, I think you can safely book yourself!
