5 lbs!!!!!! And its my time of the month thats always 3lbs!!!!!! It really works I was waiting to weigh myself, sorry for the delay!!!

I am trying to workout as much as possible, so I am at a plateau. But my eating (portion control) is fantastic!!! The stuff tastes like arse, but if you mix with juice its fine!! I look alot more toned, but I am the same weight this week. Keep you posted
