HORRIBLE DAY AT WORK

Oh my goodness - I cannot even explain it. To sum it up I almost got peed on today - I should say that I work in a spec. ed preschool as a school psychologist and for anyone who thinks that preschoolers are cute and easy come stay with me for a day. Thank God we get out at 2:15 - I was ready to start drinking on the job today! This job is the best birth control b/c there is no way I could have come home to a baby today without ending up in jail . Just needed to vent today!!!!!!!

Denise as a 7th grade teacher. I feel your pain. Well not the peeing part but the rest. Just remember to breathe. I know it is tough.

I agree about the birth control thing!! I also know that there are very few names left that do NOT give me bad memories!!!

Remember it is hump day the week is almost over!

so sorry about your bad day. I know I how you feel. I used to work with autistic children, and remember having those bad days.

I was just talking about the name thing... your right. There are only a few names I don't associate with kids I don't like!!

Just also try to remember that these children go home to their parents not to you. It is like nieces and nephews-- cute adorable wonderful- obnoxious and rude-- ok go home to your Mom!!!

Hi, just wanted to say I feel your pain as well. I work with those special ed preschoolers after they've grown up, robbed someone at gunpoint and served two of their three years in jail. BUT, I also hate when people I work with say, 'I wish I worked with little kids instead!', because I have worked with the young ones, as well, and they are a whole different ball game! They're all hard, no matter what age! Just remember you are doing them such a huge service and they need you!
