Horrible Experience W/ Invites - Ebay

Just wanted to share in case anyone is ordering from ebay. I purchased a sample from a seller on there that does pocket fold invites at a really great price. This was for my sister. She told me to send $4 payal, which I did on the 24th of November. I never got the sample. I inquired a few times and only got that it was mailed after Thanksgiving and she could never give me an excact date. She kept insinuating that there was something wrong with my PO Box, they were holding it, etc. It never turned up. I asked for a refund weeks after I paid and after going back and forth several times, I told her I would rather not have her send another, as this is a poor indication of their service. She said her items are custom made and she can't offer refunds. The only thing custom about this sample was going to be my sister and her FH's name, as that's all the info I had given her.

I filed a complaint with paypal to get my $4 back. Then she has the nerve to tell me that she could've given me a large discount, but since I filed a chargeback forget it. Okay, so you won't refund me for an item I never got and I highly doubt you sent?! So then she turned nasty. Told me I was out to defraud her from the start she was calling the police on ME and telling her lawyers. Yeah okay, I would try to scam someone over $4. So I get an email today that paypal has settled the matter in my favor, however, she has no money in her account so I won't get my $4 back. It's not even about the $4, but the principal of it.

So if you want the name of this seller, FM me so you can stay far away!

Awwe, Im sorry to hear hear that, i know its frustrating because you have to wait all that time expecting it and going back and fourth emailing, all for nothing

I almost went with this ebay seller. I went into their reviews and saw they had 2 negative reports and SEVEN mutually withdrawn ratings-- that's not a good sign.
