I have such a terrible headache and I just don't know what to do. It's making me feel nauceous.

Have you tried Advil Migraine.. I just got the ok to take non prescription meds for my headaches and this works pretty good, and i get them BAD!

Holiday stress, wedding stress and the temperature and air pressure changes cause headaches. I usually don't get them either and I have had three in the past week.
You may also need more rest. I have heard that stress and sleep deprivation can cause migraines.

what type of headaches do you have? can you describe the intensity and the location? what time of day do you have them, and how often?( I am a 1st neuro-psych resident) I may be able to help you. I also suffer from headaches for about 2 yrs now.

maybe you're dehydrated? Try drinking some water. I know that happens to me sometimes.

Try excedrin. I get very bad headaches and it is the ONLY thig that works for me. Feel better.

actually i sheepishly admit i think it was a caffiene withdrawal headache... i just had a can of soda and i feel much better. now all i have to worry about is being wide awake all night. oh lord! it's always something. thanks for your input!!!
