horrible past two weeks

hey guys

Sorry I haven't been around. Everything has been horrible with me. Last week I got a stomach bug and found out John was on 24 hold for a deployment, which means he could get a phone call and leave 24 hours later :(

well this week I have the flu and John got the phone call, so he is gone and I am sick as a dog

my chest is killing me and last night I started running a kind of high fever ...I am just miserable and it stinks that John is in Afghanistan. I haven't even spoken to him so that I know he has gotten there safely, and prob. won't the whole time he is gone ...We have done deployments before and I could so deal with this better right now if

1. if...I wasn't dying

2. if... i wasn't going to loose my job since I have only been there a month and already took all these days off

3. if...John was here to take care of me, and I knew he was safe!

4. If...I knew after the deployment he would be home safe...but no thats not the case...he is going in oct for a 18 month deployment

I have no idea at this point how I will get through this

I'm so sorry! I don't know what else to say but just offer you hugs.

No, thats silly talk! Your job is safe. But you should see the doctor if you feel awful and get some drugs! Its free!!

One day after work next week we should all go shopping. You should buy expensive items that you do NOT need. I'm thinking some coach shoes and a wallet to match your new bag. You might also need a new coat and a cashmere sweater.

No matter what. I really mean it if you need me to come over even while Chris is home please dont hesitate to call me because I will be there in a heart beat. Chris will understand if I need to leave him alone for several hours or a night. Dont worry

John will be safe and because I know the military too well as you do...I am not going to say John will be home soon because I just dont know as I am sure you dont either...but while he is gone remember we are all here for you praying for John and keeping you both in our thoughts!!!
