The Devils Rejects and House of 1000 corpses.
BUT... there is a lot of nudity in both so I'm not sure if they are OK to watch with children.

Clockwork Orange. I don't think Clockwork Orange is that scary but it's always on the top 25 list of memorable scary movies.
