I ordered my bridesmaids dresses in February. It took them 3 months to come in and they were 7 shades darker than I ordered. I ordered a Jordan seamist. They came in looking like a dark celery instead of the beautiful summery seamist color. My bridal salon agreed that the color was way off, so they reordered them with a deliver day of June 4th ( I am getting married June 13th). Well I get a call on Friday (June 4th) from the bridal salon and she tells me that the dresses are stuck in customs and haven't been released. Jordon can't guarantee that they will be in by Tuesday!!!! Meanwhile 3 of my bridesmaids live out of state, the other 3 are here and another is pregnant. Now if worse comes to worse the girls have to wear the ugly green dresses that came in last month. I am so pissed. Everything I had control of went so smoothly!!!!

Bay shore bridal. I can't really blame them. they didn't make the dresses and Gina has been more than simpathetic, I just can believe that I am getting married in 7 days and my bridesmaids have no dresses.

That s^cks! At least in the worst-case-scenario, they do have dresses to wear, even if they're not exactly the right color. Do people still need to get alterations? If so, you can't wait much longer for the other dresses to arrive. Good luck!

maybe you should NOT pay for any of the dresses from the bridal salon, and take your girls to Saks or Bloomies and buy Spring dresses off the rack?

if you dont have to pay for the dresses at the bridal salon - maybe you can just go to davids bridal and take things off the rack ------ and get the color that you want......
