Re: Hospital Bag
This is kind of TMI...but my two friends that just had babies said to make sure to bring pads. Even though they'll probably have them at the hospital but sometimes your own brand are more comfortable.

bumping because this might help a few of us and some more people might add some stuff.
I have read that your pillow really helps you sleep more in the hospital.

Re: Hospital Bag
I can tell you from experience that having 'your' pillow w/you in the hospital doesn't make a **** bit of difference in getting some sleep. Forget what you read or what people told you.
Between the baby needing you every 20 minutes to either eat or be changed, and a different nurse coming in every 5 minutes to either check on you or the baby, you WILL NOT sleep until you get home to your own house and your family is there to help take care of you and the baby.

Re: Hospital Bag
I wish I had brought shoes for the shower! The bathroom grossed me out in the hospital, and not everyone was polite in using it. Also, I bought disposable panties at BBB which were very comfortable.
