Hospital VENT**UPDATE!
SOUTHAMPTON HOSPITAL IS THE WORST HOSPITAL ON THE ISLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My parents called the ambulance for my 22 yeare old brother last night---he was doubled over in stomach pain, crying sinceit hurt so bad....the ambulance whisks him away to there,. and they put him into the triage center....for 1 and a half HOURS....this kid was sitting there whailing, screaming in pain and thats what they do....there was 2 other people there just sitting calmly to wait. But they still took them first!!!! At one point, he got up to go outside for air because he was sick to his stomach, and he vomited ALL OVER THE FLOOR (I guess thats what they get) And they still made him wait another 20 mins. Finally, he was taken in....they think its his appendix, but did not know yet....had to take blood, do x rays, and a cat scan this morning. They could not give him any painkillers because if the pain ws worse, they would not know it. SO, thats whatI woke up to this morning. I HATE Southampton Hospital....this is not the first time they have done this...this is consistent...Pray that Unless you are giving birth there (I hear the Maternity department is EXCELLENT) you do not have to go there. THis hospital is completely ridiculous....and they will also hear from myself and the family....Anyways, Hope my brother is OK....I will find out later today what it is for sure and if he needs to be operated on!![]()
