can you girls help me I need to put wording on my program that theres a hopitality hour at the hall that starts at 6 before my cocktail hour thats starts at 7 so people know it's ok to go there early . Can someone word this for me I suck at that. Thanks

I am having a hospitality 1/2 hour before my ceremony. I wasn't sure how to word it either but I think I am just going to put 2pm (instead of our 2:30 ceremony time) on the invites. What does everyone think?

I'm just putting the time the hospitality hour begins rather than the cocktail hour. I think it will ensure people don't come too late

I'm doing the same thing... my ceremony is at 6:30, but I'm putting 6 PM on my invitations.
