can you girls help me I need to put wording on my program that theres a hopitality hour at the hall that starts at 6 before my cocktail hour thats starts at 7 so people know it's ok to go there early . Can someone word this for me I suck at that. Thanks

For the guests that arrive early there will be food & drinks provided by the reception hall... or something like that...

This is what I did. Granted it wasn't at the RH, but you get the point.
We put something in the oot bags that was like 'If you arrive at the Sand Castle early, please enjoy hors d'oeuvres and cocktails in the hospitality room.'
