Hot cups

I have a stupid question. I went to Party City to get really pretty christening napkins and desert plates for cake time for the christening. Dinner we will just use the chinet. Anyway, I didn't get the hot cups with the design becuase they were so expensive. I will spend $50 for cups, cake plates and napkins, which i think is ridiculous. However, I don't want it to look bad that I got the design in the napkins and desert plates and then they are drinking out of a regular white syrofoam cup... Does it matter?? Or should I just splurge and get everything in the same design??

I don't think the difference between styrofoam and the paper cups that match the pattern matters at all (unless it matters to you that is -- no one else is likely to have any idea a matching cup even exists).
