So i was having a convo about this with my friend today about people who are like ugly but sometimes look hot. So perfect example of my hugly person...Dexter (Michael C. Hall)

The first person that comes to my mind is Marc Anthony. He has his moments where he looks good, probably because of his wonderful voice. But 99% of the time he looks horrible. I used to think the had some diesase or something.

that's so funny. sometimes he does look good and sometimes not!
i have to say Jim Carrey. there's been times he looked hot and mostly his doofey looking self
