Hot Yoga

has anyone done it??? they just started it in my neighborhood and all these people are talking about it so i was curious...

Yes i think its great, I go to the one on Woodhaven. Just be sure to drink ALOT of water throughout the day, dont eat 2 hrs before and be prepared to sweattt!!!!!! They class is 90mins and they dont allow you to leave the room- its pretty intense for some, but i def say give it a try!!

i looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove hot yoga it really is amazing. i haven't gone in almost 9 months bc it just does not fit into my schedule. and i miss it terribly.

Yes, I take it from time to time...the first time you'll feel like you are about to die. Bring a gallon of water with you. Its amazing though.

The one that was in that little strip? I used to go there and grab movies from behind the beaded curtain and ask my mom if I could rent them.

well they must have put doors in since you were a kid! LOL its really weird that i had to put porn away during working hours... nothing more uncomfortable than being in that room and having some dude walk in...

Never tried that but I just tried Yoga for the first time last Sunday - I think it was called vinyasa. It was great.

Ive done it a few times. You sweat a ton! If you dont eat properly & drink tons of water youll feel really sick (dizzy or possibly puke). You feel amazing afterwards.

i did hot yoga a few weeks ago at the place in port jeff.

i was about two seconds away from passing out for the entire 90 minutes.

i can see how once you get used to it it could be awesome but... for the first time it was mostly just awful.

I have done Bikram Yoga in the city once.

I have to tell you the poses are very simple but you sweat like crazy. Be sure to bring lots of water and wear a tank and shorts. I loved it!!

How much is this? So close to my house, and whenever I pass it, I want to try!
