Re: Hot Yoga
I really hate to sweat but I hear with Bikram Yoga, loosens you up and makes you more flexible . I wanted to try the one on Woodhaven but I think it's a little pricey.

Re: Hot Yoga
So this is a really weird question, but does it smell bad when you do hot yoga? I've wanted to try it, but scared that too many people in a really, really hot room will create awful smells.

Re: Hot Yoga
didn't have a problem with smells. i was too busy watching my vision blur and seeing stars and worrying about falling on my face in the middle of downward dog.

Re: Hot Yoga
There's one in Plainview that's really awesome! If it wasn't so much money I would go religiously! I noticed a difference after a week!
