Ok, so I have everything for my invitations. I have blocked off rooms for oot at a hotel at a group rate. Do I get anything from the hotel for that? And if so do they go in all the invitations or just the oot?? I just want to make sure I have everything before I have my invitation weighed and start the assembly process.

Put the hotel information in all the invitations. You never know b/c some people in the area may stay at the hotel. We have a lot of locals staying at the hotel b/c the wedding isn't ending till 3 AM so people would rather crash at the hotel then go home. Plus, we're doing a brunch the next day.
Call the hotel and see if they have anything to put in the invitation. I just gave the info to the Invitation Place and they made up a card with the hotel info.

The hotel had provided us with little slips of paper to include with the invitations, but i didn't use them, i typed up my own.
Just check with your hotel to see if they provide anything.

That's what we did... well, the calligrapher did it. Looks nicer than the hotels.

I had to contact my hotel to have them mail me the slips of paper with all the room-block info for my guests.

One of my hotels gave me an enclosure but I just made a postcard with both hotels' info on one side and the directions to the RH on the back.
