Radisson Hotel has a group block of rooms reserved for:

Here is another: the Holiday Inn Express is offering reduced rate on overnight rooms to guests of __
That is what my cards say.

I'm glad you posted this question. I also have another question? Are you printing this up on a seperate card and including it with your invitations? What do you I do...I'n not sending out save the dates. Thanks, Danielle

Sounds fine. We didn't have many out of towners so we didn't have to do anything.What you wrote looks fine.I would put it on a seperate piece of paper.

The reception hall gave me diorection cards, but the cardstock is knid of grey, so I am redoing them in the same font and color as the invitation, and I was planning to put the accomodation on the back

Good idea...thank you...now if I could only get up to the invitation stage
I used what the hotel gave me...but I printed it on paper that matched the invites...

We have a lot of out-of-town guests, so mine was a bit wordy to give them a bit more info.
Rooms have been set aside for our guests at two hotels for the weekend of our wedding; however, individual reservations are necessary. We suggest that you reserve your rooms early. Please be sure to mention that you are with the coselige/FH wedding party.

We used the following:
Should you require overnight accommodations, we have made arrangements for our guests to reserve rooms at the Wyndham Wind Watch Hotel & Hamlet Golf Club at a group rate.
Deluxe King (one king bed) and Deluxe Double (two double beds) rooms have been set-aside for Friday, March 28th and Saturday, March 29th.
Rate: $109.00 per night (plus tax)
To reserve a room, please call the hotel directly at (631) 232-9800 or 1-800-Wyndham and mention the Smith-Jones wedding room block when you make your reservation. Rooms will be held until Friday, March 7th. After that date, room availability and the group rate are no longer guaranteed.
