is anyone going back home the night of your wedding? FH and i wanted to get a hotel room for the night of our wedding since we're not leaving until a few days after for our honeymoon. however now, an extra $300 for a few hours doesnt seem like a good idea. anyone else going straight home? is it bad luck?

If u aren't blocking any rooms and no OOT guests,,,then going home would be fine! I don't think spending the $300 is worth it if no one else is staying with u at the hotel. I think that was ur question??

We are going home. We have our own place anyway and we leave the next morning for our honeymoon

Staying at the hotel, FH is getting ready there so I wanted to get a night there too. Plus if I go straight home I will feel the need to clean! Hopefully by the time we check out and get toour house we will be preparing for the next day (HM) since we are leaving at 3AM!
