Hi everyone, My wedding is at Fox Hollow in mid-November, so I want to find a hotel really soon for my OOT guests (There will be a lot, I'm originally from PA). FH and I are staying at the Inn at Fox Hollow (comp. room, yay!) but I think that might be a bit too pricey for my family. I don't want to make them spend $200 a night or anything.
Can anyone recommend a good hotel nearby for under $150 a night? Do you have any price quotes from ones you've used or looked into? I was considering the Executive Inn at Woodbury because I know they offer a free shuttle. Anyone have prices from them?

I've heard the Executive Inn is pretty decently priced.
I have my block at the Four Points Sheraton in Plainview for my NRC wedding (NRC is right down the block from Fox Hollow). We blocked at $135 per night for June, so I'm sure it'll be less in November.

I stayed at the Executive Inn for a wedding at the Woodbury Country Club. It was a Friday night in July, and I think the rate was around $129.
The rooms are nice inside, but be wary of the reception desk. There were 3 weddings blocked there, so it was a bit crazy. FH and I were given a room that was already occupied (our key card opened the door and someone else's stuff was in there!) Also, the shuttle drive the bride's family to the wrong place!

Did you call Foxhollow? I blocked rooms for $159.00 with the group rate.

this is where i booked as well b/c they don't have a guarantee. Executive Inn and Best Western down the road is cheap but i couldn't guarantee anything. (70%)

So you needed to guarantee to fill 70% of the rooms you blocked? Is that what you mean?

yes, i dont have many OOT guests so this was not an option for me.
