I just did mine. I put bottled water, snack size things of potato chips, biscotti, hersheys kisses, and nutri-grain bars, along with a cheesy note saying thank you and inviting them all to dinner.
Most of my OOTers are originally from here so they don't need that kind of stuff. They know what we have!! LOL.
I am putting the following in my baskets- bottled water, tic-tacs, gum, granola bars, trail mix pack, cheese/cracker pack, bath gel, hand lotion, toothpaste, toothbursh, disposable razors and shaving cream, tyenol, advil packets, and getting made up I love NY chocolate lollipop- printing out on nice cards directions from hotel to temple and generic note thanking everyone for coming.
cknyc-that's sounds great. where did you get all of this stuff? i'm going to need at least 50 to 60 bags for my guests so i will need to cut back on a few things but would love to get decent prices. can i find all of this at costco?
Great ideas! My budget only allows for a few things so I am going to pick the things I always forget or wish I had while away. I guess BJ's is the way to go for me?
