Hotel Block Cards with pics

Ok, I'm on a roll today lol

What do you think about this hotel block card- I was thinking of including it when I mail out the STDs. (There's a lot of info that I wanted to include about the hotel clock and I didn't want the STD to look too crowded)

Is this a dumb idea?

I really like it and it's not a dumb idea at all! We sent out hotel info postcard along with our STD magnets so our guests can know ahead of time the hotel details if they wanted to book their rooms earlier.

ok, cool. thanks for the input. we have a bunch of OOT ppl so i wanted to get the hotel info out there before the invites go out

i thought they were usually sent out with the invitations, but i think the cards look really pretty. i wouldn't put this info on the STD

usually they do, but since i have a lot of OOT guests coming, i wanted to make sure ppl knew about the hotel in case they wanted to book more than 6 weeks in advance when i send the invites out

looks great! we're planning on doing the same thing because our STDs are magnets so we couldn't put the info on the back

They're great. I also sent mine with the STD's because most of the guests are from OOT, some out of country.

I really like them. I am also sending mine out with the STD's so OOT guests can make travel arrangements ahead of time. I also plan on including them with the invitations as well.

They look really nice I love how they came out!Now that I hear everyone is including the hotel info in the STD's, I am gonna do the same. I was always thinking the same question. Good Job!

VERY CUTE!!! I also think it's a good idea to send out accommodation cards with STD's, especially for OOt guests and bridal party members who you know will need a room. That way they can budget for it in advance. I just got my hotel cards last week, and the one piece of info that was missing that I'm trying to figure out how to add would be that there will be a complimentary shuttle between the hotel and reception hall.
