I had NO checks for so long and now I'm getting all the final little things done :) Yay! Our hotel block is secured with the Marriott Courtyard in Farmingdale. Randi is GREAT to work with! Definitely recommend them :)

I did review it, but we haven't made a decision what to do yet, either! Randi said we didn't have to decide when we secured the rooms and could add the vouchers on or whatever later. What were you thinking of doing?

I feel like the private room with waitress service is expensive for breakfast - so we are leaning toward the voucher and only pay for who ever turns them in.....Only bad side is the seating is with everyone else in the hotel...????undecided

I am doing the voucher in the Welcome Bags. I will meet my friends/relatives down there at a set time and hope we can sit together. Honestly, whomever makes it to bfast, makes it... and the rest can enjoy the food on their own timeline. Checkout is Noon I believe, so I am sure we will have to be down before 11.

I am definitely going to need transportation. At first i though i would just need it from CLM back to the hotel but i think i have close to 25 rooms booked so I am going to need it both ways. My limo company is All Star they quoted me 400 for a 40 passenger but it was just one way....i'll let you know what i find out
