Ana is no longer with them.... now you need to speak to the general manager (David) ... which leads me to believe that there will be yet ANOTHER contact before our weddding...
is this normal !? :LOL:
My only real issue with the changes is that they dont forward the emails of the old contact to the new... so the only way I find this out is if i dont get an immediate response... i call... and boom! another one bites the dust

I don't know about that location, but Hotels do have tendency to move people around... but that sounds like a lot of change.

Why do you need to keep contacting? After we set it up, all I needed was to know who booked but I just would call or go down there. As long as you have everything in writing, don't stress!

I'm not stressing because i have everything on the contract and any extras we may add in writing.
But the original guy said he would keep track of when we needed to add rooms, the 2nd lady said we needed to check in every so often ourselves... and then we told everyone in the BP to book so we could figure out if we needed to add. so i was calling to see where we were at with that.
and then i get no response. 2nd time it happened. sharing info in case anyone else has that problem!

That's annoying! Then you'll see at the last minute ppl book a room, unbook, ask you to book/unbook. I was going crazy with this last week. Hoping everything works out smoothly!

I think it's way too early to think about this. I blocked with them also but I don't plan to contact them again untill my invites go out. Just to confirm eventhough I have a contract. If it doesn't work out ole well thats there loss. For me there is way too many other details to work on. Things will work out for the best. Thats what you have to keep telling yourself.
