Hotel Block for Woodlands

Hello ladies! Does anyone have any suggestions for hotel blocks for the Woodlands? Something that offers shuttle service and a hotel bar would be preferable. Thanks!

I'm booked at the Hilton Garden Inn. There's also Four Points Sheraton and Fox Hollow (expensive though).

i blocked off rooms at the Inn at Fox Hollow. Their rates are more expensive for guests than the Hilton Garden Inn or the Sheraton Four Points but they offer a complimentary shuttle and complimentary breakfast for guests the next day.

I felt it was the right choice for us because although it was slightly more expensive for our guests, it ends up being cheaper for FH and I since we don't have to shell out almost an extra 1000 bucks on paying for a shuttle and everyone's breakfasts the morning after.

You could do Four Points Sheraton in Plainview ... it's only about 5 mins away, if i remember correctly.

my block there was $135 per room.

ETA: but there's no free shuttle (you can pay for it though)

We used the Fox Hollow and had over 35 rooms taken up for our block!

We provided guests with 2 options...the FH and the 4points sheraton and only 3 rooms at the Sheraton were taken despite the less expensive rooms.

We did provide a private shuttle for our guests so the sheraton guests were taken care of. It sounds like shuttle/transportation some of you might not want to offer 2 options.

I can't say enough about our experience working with Ray at the FH. SO many guests were raving about how lovely the place is and how awesome the rooms are!

My fam friend who had there wedding there last year book at hilton on 110 (they have a bunch of hotels over there). I think they rented there own shuttle (that might be bc they had alot of guests staying there). but also i know they kept a hige bar/club area open for them after the wedding.

Hampton Inn Jericho-Westbury. It's on Jericho Turnpike by Brush Hollow Road on the North Side.

They gave us a block for $139 per night but that includes hot breakfast each morning and a shuttle to and from the RH. If you don't need the shuttle I think it was $119 per night but that depends on the time of year, i'm sure.

Also, the rooms sleep up to 6 since they have 2 queens and a pullout couch HTH

Call and speak to Samantha George. You can go to visit the rooms at any time and they have the maintenance guy bring you around. Hotel is new (only about 1 year old) and has an indoor pool, gym, and business center.

Only problem is I'm not sure if they have a bar.

Re: Hotel Block for Woodlands

HI ladies,
Just wanted to thank you all for the suggestions! We have booked with the Four Points Sheraton. The Sheraton was really nice, and although they don't provide a complimentary shuttle, you can get one through the hotel, and you don't have to guarantee any of the rooms. They also have a bar that can stay open later if you request, and you can host a private brunch the morning after.
Fox Hollow was also nice, but you must guarantee 60% of your block--we're having some out of towners, but not sure how many will stay out of town or with relatives, so we weren't comfortable guaranteeing any amount of rooms. Although more expensive than the Sheraton, guests also receive complimentary breakfast and there is a complimentary shuttle included. No bar open, however.
