Im having my parents do it when they check in (w/ the OOT guests). Then , I told them to be on the first shuttle back to the RH for pics (we'll start w/ FH's family shots if my folks arent back right away).
My ceremony starts at 5PM but we're taking pictures earlier. The morning of the wedding my dad is going to call and see if he can get an early check in and possible run over there and then come back to the house. Otherwise, we're going to have to check in at midnight when we get back.
My DOC will be doung that. Love them!

We stayed at the hotel the night before, so they switched my room over and checked me in automatically. The girls all left their stuff in one of my aunt's rooms, and then they checked in and switched over after the reception when we came back for the after party.
i'm in a bridal party at the end of this month, and since we'll be taking pictures in between church and reception, FH is going to check us in.
