Did you girls make them yourself? if so..can I see what it looks like..I probably saw a post like this a lot but never paid attention.. TIA

I asked the hotel to send them to me. They do it a lot, so they usually have them made up already. If they don't have inserts, they can usually email you the template they use for their inserts. Definitely call or email your coordinator at the hotel.
I just printed mine info on a card that match the font for my invitation. I was just done at that point lol

I am so glad you asked this... as I was going to have one made to match our invites, but the hotel sent us a bunch, so we'll use those instead.
Glad to see other girls doing the same, I thought it might be 'tacky'.

I made small ones for the Save the Dates and scanned the org and changed the wording a bit, but the hotel gave me enough that I will use theirs in the wedding invites.

we didnt want to include a xerox copy from the hotel in our invitation so we just printed using the same font and color as our invites on ivory cardstock that matched our invite the name, address, and phone # of the hotel we are using and put it in the pocketfold. came out to about the size of a playing card. we had the font in all cursive (not the font shown in pic)
