We booked the Inn at Great Neck and they didn't give us a free night. Honestly, they didn't give us much of anything and we have to pay for our own shuttle. They were the nicest hotel that was the closest to our hall, and we have a lot of family coming from out of town so we wanted them to be somewhere nice so I'm just dealing with it.

I booked rooms at the Allegria, they offered me a discounted rate for a suite but I just booked a regular room being that I live 5 blocks from the hotel

We are doing the all inclusive at the east wind cottage. We got a choice of a free night or a free limo. We took the free night since we're getting ready out there.

Hotel Block Question - Long Island Weddings

Our hotel is the Residence Inn at Holstville. We didn't get a free night, I don't think we get an extra discount either but I liked them the best out of the other places we looked near our reception. Getting married at Bellport limits the hotel options somewhat, as there are not too many big ones in close proximity. We also have to arrange our own shuttle. my FH and I wanted a hotel that had a nice common area for the guests since it's a day wedding and a lot of guests are coming from out of town.
