Just curious I am thinking about starting to call hotels to reserve a block of rooms: How far in advance did you call? How much of a reduction in price did you get? How many rooms did you have to block to get the reduced price? Did you reserve a hotel block in more then one hotel for different price points?

I booked one hotel hilton garden in. Plainview for 139. 10 without penalty. Anything above 10 you are reaponsible for half

Hey, Do they provide a shuttle or free breakfast at all? I just started looking at hotels near our venues and the Hilton is one of them.

They have a 12 or 14 passenger shuttle can I forgot the exact number it holds. You can reserve it for the day for $400. We didn't book it tho because we have around 90 ppl to transport so we got a coach bus.
