So we are only about 6 months away and we are trying to do the hotel block. Looking for somewhere near our reception hall and its looking gloomy. Hampton inn in Medford is a 2 night minimum for our guests which we can't guarantee that. Comfort inn can't do a block of rooms as they are booked already. My only hope is hilton garden inn waiting for a phone call from them. Stressing over this as we have a lot of out of state family coming and me and my girls will getting ready at the hotel as well.

Hgi should work. We blocked with them in Riverhead. No minimum or deposits. You'll find something, don't worry!
