hotel block wording

Hotel Indigo and the Holiday Inn Express in Riverhead will both provide me with free shuttles for my guests if I block 15 rooms, and I have blocks at both of them. I will be staying at Indigo, and will be keeping the bar open for an after party (it will be a cash bar). The thing is, Indigo is just slightly more expensive than the Holiday Inn, but I think some people will still want the cheaper hotel. I'm sending my save the dates with the hotel info. Is there a way I can word it to let people know of both options, but push for Indigo?

Thanks!

hmmm ... tough one ... if Indigo is closer to your RH, you can say something like:

We have two hotels available. Hotel Indigo and the Holiday Inn. Indigo is the closer option.

i think you can list both hotels, but mention there will be an afterparty at Indigo. that will decide which hotel for a lot of people-anyone that wants to go to the afterparty will decide on ndigo, and those that want to go to sleep after the party can g to holiday inn.

Just state that the bride and groom will be saying at the indigo or state something like come a hang out with the newly weds after the reception at Indgio.
