Hotel Blocking

Other than price, what else did you negotiate? I want to get this check done by Tuesday so I can send my STD out.

Price plus the bar staying open late enough so that when my guests return they go their as an after party.

Price was a biggie though.

Also look to see if they offer a complimentary breakfast.
That and price are big on our list. :)

*Price of rooms and making sure we got a free room that was a suite
*Price of brunch the next morning
*Keeping bar open late

I would look into shuttles too if your hotel offers them and you want to use them to transport your guests back and forth. I've heard a few horror stories about brides being charged after they were told they were free. If you get them, have them put it in writing whether it's free or whatever cost you negotiate.

Thanks Ladies, I actually tried price with the Hyatt, they would not budge. Maybe I can try the bar or free room after a certain block? Uggh why is this so tough?!
