I do not think that you have to give them options. They already have options.... go with the room block, or find their own hotel room!

And think about the accomidations card!! It would be too busy!!

Where have you booked as of now? I have one room block and I'm actually looking at a second one. It's strictly for my BMs though.

We picked one hotel.
If they choose to find another hotel in the area, that's fine, but I bet they won't get as good as of a rate as we got.
