How far in advance do you need to set up the hotel blocks for your oot guest

i would do it as soon as you can just to make sure of the availability

Many hotels will let you do it around the 1 year mark. I would do it early since many block up

i just blocked 2 hotels for june of 08-- both hotels urged me to do it now, they have blocks already for july 08!

what happens if you block 10 rooms and only 5 end up being used do u have to pay for the other rooms? i feel like an idiot but i really have no clue..lol
