Anyone know how this works? My wedding is on a Friday evening so i'm thinking I should block rooms from Thursday to Sunday? Does that sound right? I'm getting married at the Milleridge Cottage in Jericho so I was looking into the Four Points Sheridan or Homewood Suites both in Plainview. Does anyone have any better recommendations for that area with decent prices?
I'm getting married on a Friday and staying at the Sheraton Four Points, its really nice and everything is brand new. They also set up a wedding website for your guests to book along with pics and links to your registry. Im staying there Thursday and Friday ( Im originally from NJ so im getting ready there with my girls and my fam is staying there). WE blocked 15 rooms for family and friends and they have up until a month b4 the wedding to get the discounted group rate. After that, they release the rooms that arent used and they will have to pay regular rate. We also booked their shuttle the day of. Let me know if you have any questions, theyre awesome!
