Hotel blocks in Westbury/Garden City

What hotel is your block at? I'm leaning towards the Hilton Garden Inn...$159...no breakfast but they will keep their bar will stay open until 2!

Hyatt Place was nice and its all suites for $139 inc breakfast...buttt there was a tiny bar that would be closed anddd nowhere to go hang out after the wedding!

Any other suggestions??

None I have called inc a shuttle which is ABSURD...the Carltun is litterally less than 1 mile from any hotel in this area!

We found the Hyatt in Garden City to be the most beautiful and really what we were looking for. I am sure that people will have their fill of liquor at the wedding - where its FREE for them! We loved the Hatt, beautiful, clean, brand new, Starbucks coffee. We knew it was where we would want to stay and our guests.

We had originally blocked a higher end hotel but to be honest after visiting 3 times I was not impressed. Felt it was not what we were looking for AND it got horrific reviews online with 75% people saying they wouldnt go back!

I wouldnt worry so much about the bar. Think about where you want to stay. Many people I am sure will be tired by 1 am!
