Hotel blocks in Westbury/Garden City

What hotel is your block at? I'm leaning towards the Hilton Garden Inn...$159...no breakfast but they will keep their bar will stay open until 2!

Hyatt Place was nice and its all suites for $139 inc breakfast...buttt there was a tiny bar that would be closed anddd nowhere to go hang out after the wedding!

Any other suggestions??

None I have called inc a shuttle which is ABSURD...the Carltun is litterally less than 1 mile from any hotel in this area!

I have found that la quinta is the only one with a shuttle.. anyone know of any others???
Im having the same issue!!! Please keep me posted!

FYI: you canget shuttles from camelot for an amazing price!!! I have them booked, but it would be great to not have to pay out of pocket considering i am blocking over 25 rooms

Hampton Inn Jericho/Westbury, I think its $140 or $160 (with shuttle) and Marriott Residence Inn Plainview $140

What about Marriot Uniondale??? I see you're getting married at the Carltun so it's close.. they quoted us the same as Hiltion Garden inn and Hyatt Place Garden City.. $149/nt... and they have Champs (bar) which stays open till 2am and they say they'll keep it open later if it's filled... I prob will not be using it as it's a lil far from my hall, but I still have a block there and am considering it.

probably depends of the day. she's getting married friday night, so that's probably why it's a bit cheaper.

I'm surprised the Hilton Garden Inn doesn't provide a shuttle. The one in plainview does and I'm using it, going back and forth between the hotel and the Carlyle.

OUr room block was at La Quinta in Garden City. We even got a private room for breakfast the next day and a shuttle.

I got quoted $139/night at the Hampton Inn in Garden City. We are providing the shuttle though, but they do include breakfast. And they don't have a bar. But if people still want to drink afterwards, they can figure that out on their own!
