Hotel Cards

I reserved a block of rooms at a hotel near my reception. The hotel gave me direction/instruction cards. The group rate price is not mentioned on this card. Should I write the price on the card?

Let them call to find out. I think it might be tacky to write in the price.

I think I would include it somewhere..just to make it easier and so they know right away what the cost is..I would probably write it in..how bad can it look..just write it small in the corner the rate per night. :)

Out hotel gave us a code that the guests needed to ask for in order to to get the special rate. I think if you put the price it is helpful to the guests so that they are not overcharged

How far in advance should we reserve rooms for our of town guests. My wedding is next June. Thanks for the help.

Block off rooms immediately! We had little selection for our July wedding when we were looking to block rooms last August.
