What did you include on your contract? shuttle, breakfast? I am not sure where to start.

the hotel we had included breakfast and shuttle
the hotel we now changing too has no breakfast and we are not paying extra for it. What we are doing is paying a extra $100 to keep the bar open and the wedding suite.

if we book 15 rooms free roundtrip shuttle to jericho terrace. free breakfast every morning. light dinner everynight in the lobby. then of course we'll do the after party bar for $100 or less if another bride books it that night also.

Mine includes the breakfast and shuttle arrangement. It also dictates the # of rooms (20) we have held until a certain date, after that date we can add rooms at blocks of 10 at a time, but for those additional blocks that we reserve (after the primary 20 rooms) we'll be charged for whatever rooms aren't booked by the wedding date.....was that confusing?? I can re-explain if you need....

My hotel contract just includeds the number of rooms blocked off.......If we book 10 rooms we get either $100 off the suite or one king room free.
20 rooms and the suite is free.
They told me to call back closer to the wedding and then we can decided if we want to set up breakfast for an extra charge.
We also have to call to get the shuttle set up once we figure out how many people are staying.
They sent me a menu for all the different breakfast options as well.

Oh and also for mine they said we wont be charged anything if the rooms arent booked because there is a cutoff date. Anything not booked by the cutoff date just doesnt get held for us anymore.

mine included transportation, rate and number of rooms blocked for the dates specified. hmm i should have asked about breakfast - did not think about that. They also sent over some after party info (menu choices etc).

We are contracting for about 40 rooms. Hopefully they will bargain with me because of this.

are you using Wingate Inn Hotel??
My reception is at JT as well and I booked 15 rooms for Wingate Inn with the free shuttle. But is it supposed to include free breakfast as well...??
