I know this topic has come up many times....but what are you guys putting in the bags????

Hotel guest bags - what we did

I ordered some little cello-bags from Papermart, and some ribbon, and made little goodie bags to go inside the guest bags. They looked festive and fun. We also included a few other things. Here`s the list... Cello-bags filled with: Chocolate Covered Raisins Cashews Jelly-Belly`s Goldfish Crackers Pretzels Also included: Small bottles of Perrier Small 6.0 oz. cans of Arizona Ice Tea Large Pepperidge Farm type of cookies And: A Welcome Letter Map and details about the Welcome/Rehearsal dinner Map to the Church A few little toys in the bag going to the room with kids and one special guest got a small bottle of Vodka because she loves to have her nightcap. We had name tags on each, because the bags were personalized with the toys, vodka, and we left sweets out of a diabetic's bag and left nuts out of one for someone who had a nut allergy. Some people also include things like Asprin, hand lotion, etc. but we opted just to go for food.

Hotel guest bags - what we did

We are putting in a few postcards of Long Island, a bottle of Pindar wine, some chocolate/snacks and I'm going to make I LOVE NY magnets with our names and the wedding date on them. Also got copies of the Long Island Guide as well as other local area brochures. And a welcome letter with directions/itinerary, etc.
